Do you use artificial intelligence?
Every creative is made by experienced human designers, so you get real quality and a personal touch. In some cases we use AI-generated imagery only. Our content creation service does use AI.
How do you guarantee design quality?

Do you write the copy for the designs?

Is there anything you don’t do?
Yes. Our design subscription plans don’t include services like paid ads management or social media management. But if you need graphics, like posts and stories for your social channels, we produce them fast and to a high standard!
How do I submit requests?
Requests are easy to send through Trello, where you get a dedicated board to organize and track your projects.
With Growth e Blue Ocean, we also offer WhatsApp support for fast, personal communication on every request.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
Yes, we work with a contract that sets out timelines and terms, so everything is clear and secure for both sides. But there’s no lock-in: you can cancel or pause your subscription anytime, with no fees or penalties.
Do you send the source files?
Yes, every finished project comes with its source files (editable format), so you can make changes or adaptations later if needed, using the software it was built in. We use Photoshop and/or Illustrator in most cases.
How do I cancel? What happens next?
Canceling is easy: just send a request by email, WhatsApp or through our support channel.
Your subscription ends at the close of the current billing cycle, with no extra charges. Access to the request board closes, but every file and project we delivered stays with you. No cancellation fees or penalties.
